WatchSorry it is super dark and blurry. I only have time to ride at night when it is pitch black, so the only lighting is the over head lights.
This is me riding Spencer at the trot. This is at the end of our ride so he is super lazy and is just kinda plopping along. Which is nice, its better than him running around like an idiot.

There is a window in my horses stall to the outside, and there is a metal grid on it. Its hard to explain, but it is a sturdy metal grid thingy on the window. Spencer thinks its fun to take his nose and move it back and forth acrossed it super duper fast. It makes a really funny noise too. It must feel really good, like getting his nose scratched only 100 times better.

So Spencer was perfect today. No bucking and no rearing. I did lunge him at the walk and trot for about 5 minutes before I got on. I thought maybe his back was stiff like a “cold back” so that when I was getting on I was stitting on his stiff back and maybe that hurt? So the lunging to warm his back up before I got on helped. I was just gonna do walk trot with him today, but he spooked...

When I first got on I asked him to stop and stand still for a few seconds. Then I asked him to move forawrd and stop again before I got situated. He didn’t buck or rear at that, he was happy with it. It hink his whole not standing still is from the track, as soon as the jockey is tossed up the horse starts walking.

SO I rode my teacher’s horse today. I know that sounds wierd, but my teacher is awesome. I rode her TB named Lad, it took me 15 minutes to get on him. My friend who was riding her other horse had to hold him for me. Grr, it is a pet peeve of mine to not be able to mount a horse with help. I got onm and we just walked around. I trotted a bit. It was fun. Good story lol.
